Make switch-cabinet and control-panel connections with torque settings chosen for the job. The Wera Kraftform Kompakt VDE Safe-Torque Speed set pairs an adjustable torque handle with slim insulated blades for access to recessed terminal screws and spring-clamp connections.

The 7516 VDE torque handle offers five settings: 2.4, 2.8, 3.2, 3.6 and 4.0 Nm, with ±10% accuracy. When the selected torque is reached, its slip-over mechanism gives an audible and tactile signal to help prevent overtightening. Switch to Torque Lock when loosening tight fasteners, and use the included 817 VDE handle for general screwdriving.

• Insulated components: Tools and blades are individually tested to 10,000V AC under IEC 60900, with insulation rated for 1,000V AC and 1,500V DC.
